COMPANY
The Kinetica Partnership was formed in January 2010 to acquire assets in the midstream
portion of the gas value chain. KPLLC is currently engaged in completing its first acquisition as an operating company,
over 1664 miles of pipe serving producers in and near the Gulf of Mexico.

Our primary investment group is comprised of:
- Red McCombs - McCombs Family Trust
- Troy Eckard - FSH Midstream - President EckardGlobal
- Gary Woods - Glenda Woods Family Trust and President of McCombs Enterprises
These investors have an extensive portfolio
of energy assets with interests in producing wells, drilling and energy transportation
as part of their existing portfolios. Their entrepreneurial skills and decades'
long track record in the industry provide KPLLC with additional access to insights
from active participants in the energy business.
MANAGEMENT
Kinetica is managed by Diane Sweeney Dundee. Our management and team of professionals
benefit from complementary skill sets in the gas value chain.
Diane's career includes leading acquisition of and managing assets in the gas gathering,
gas transmission, gas processing and gas liquids sector of the business with primary
geographic focus on assets in Louisiana and the Rocky Mountain producing regions.
Kinetica Partners, LLC's main office is located in the Lyric Centre positioned in
the Theatre District of Houston, Texas. We are conveniently located near the entrances
to downtown Houston from both the I-45 and I-10 freeways.
