Andrea Castillo – Vice President, Controller
Andrea Castillo serves as Vice President, Controller for Kinetica Partners LLC, where she leads the company’s accounting and finance function. Her responsibilities include multi-entity financial reporting, monthly and quarterly close, budgeting and forecasting, regulatory compliance, internal controls, financial governance, and financial analysis. She partners closely with the COO and executive leadership team on financial strategy, business planning and operational decision-making.
Andrea is a finance and accounting executive with more than fifteen years of experience in onshore and offshore midstream operations. Her expertise includes GAAP and FERC reporting, technical accounting for asset retirement obligations and fixed assets, executive-level financial analysis and process improvement. Throughout her career, she has led accounting teams through growth, organizational change, system transformation and increasingly complex operating environments, with a focus on strengthening controls, improving reporting and increasing efficiency.
Ms. Castillo joined Kinetica in 2026. Prior to joining Kinetica, she served as Controller at Northwind Midstream Partners and held accounting management roles with RNWBL and EVX Midstream Partners. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and has continued her professional development through advanced coursework and industry-focused education, including studies at the University of Houston.
