As Chief Operating Officer of Kinetica Partners, he drives enterprise value through disciplined portfolio rationalization, strategic planning, and operational excellence—serving as a key fiduciary to the Eckard Midstream Board. Mr. Henkhaus has enterprise-wide purview over Financial Controls, Operations, Projects, Commercial, Human Resources, Compliance, and Legal functions, ensuring organizational alignment at scale.
Chris’ executive leadership spans both private and public sectors. He has led organizational growth at private companies including American Midstream, Semarus Field Services, Gas Solutions, and T-Rex E&C—consistently demonstrating commercial foresight, scalable execution, and governance excellence. His tenure with Fortune 100 companies such as Phillips 66, Chevron, and Shell included corporate and senior roles overseeing multibillion-dollar initiatives in enterprise performance optimization, capital project delivery, and commercial development across domestic and international markets.
