Nicole Leveridge

Nicole Leveridge serves as Director of Compliance for Kinetica Partners, LLC and its subsidiaries.

Nicole is a seasoned compliance executive with over 15 years of experience guiding safety, regulatory, and environmental strategy across the energy sector. At Kinetica, Ms. Leveridge oversees a broad portfolio of operational compliance functions—spanning regulatory affairs, environmental stewardship, safety management, permitting, right-of-way, and public engagement—ensuring the company exceeds industry standards while protecting its people, assets, and communities.

Nicole began her career in oilfield operations and safety management, where she quickly established herself as a subject matter expert in high-stakes environments. Since joining Kinetica in 2015, she has played a pivotal role in developing the company’s compliance framework and shaping a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement. Her leadership has been instrumental in navigating complex regulatory landscapes, overseeing hundreds of federal and state submissions annually, and leading major inspections and audits with agencies such as PHMSA, EPA, OSHA, BSEE, and the US Coast Guard.

In addition to her regulatory leadership, Nicole serves as the company’s Qualified Individual for environmental emergencies and holds key ICS roles, including Safety Officer, Environmental Officer, and Liaison Officer during emergency response scenarios. She directs internal safety and occupational health programs, contractor compliance, drug and alcohol program administration, operator qualifications, and document governance. Nicole also manages public awareness, stakeholder communications, and community relations—representing Kinetica at industry forums and local partnership events throughout the Gulf Coast.

An advocate for damage prevention and regional collaboration, Nicole serves on the Board of Directors for Louisiana 811 and the Louisiana Pipeliners Association and sits on the Steering Committee for Coastal and Marine Operators (CAMO). Her efforts have advanced cross-industry best practices and strengthened coordination across regulatory, operational, and community-facing fronts.

Ms. Leveridge holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and has completed a post-baccalaureate teacher certification program. Her cross-functional oversight, regulatory depth, and commitment to operational excellence continue to elevate the reputation of Kinetica as a responsible, forward-thinking midstream operator.
